WHO ARE WE?

baseinuiranga.eu - an online store for bespoke goods, where you can find and order a wide range of goods and products for the installation, maintenance and operation of all types of swimming pools and whirlpools.

We don't have a regular store, we don't invest in huge, rapidly depreciating displays, we don't pay high rents, we directly represent many European and US manufacturers, so we can offer you the lowest prices on the market.

HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?

Baseinuiranga.eu - in the ordered goods catalog, we present you conveniently divided goods according to product groups. Each item has a description in Lithuanian and the indicated price of the item in euros.

Create a shopping cart. You can choose the product you like by clicking the green "Add to cart" button. In this way, you can place an unlimited number of products in the shopping cart. The shopping cart is visible in a special window on the right side of the screen (CART).

Confirm the shopping cart. You can view the selected products in the CART window by clicking the "View cart" link. After creating the shopping cart, the order is created. All you have to do is click on the "Form an order" link and follow the links to fill in your contact information (name, email address and contact phone number).

Purchase review and approval. After filling in the contact details and familiarizing yourself with the rules of the online store, press the "Continue" button and send the order to us. Our administration will receive and review your order and will contact you within the next 24 hours to discuss the most convenient conditions for purchasing and delivering the goods.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

We offer you several payment methods, choose the most convenient one!

Payment by bank transfer. After the confirmation of the product order, you will be sent a prepayment invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer using online banking access or at any bank branch.

Payment in cash. If you choose this payment method, you will pay for your purchases to our courier only after receiving them or at our office at M. Sleževičius str. 7, Vilnius. You can pay this way only for orders not exceeding EUR 1000.00.

If the buyer refuses to accept the delivered goods, a VAT invoice is issued for the actual costs incurred.

TERM FOR DELIVERY OF GOODS

The delivery time for each group of goods is different, ranging from 2 working days to several weeks, depending on whether we have the goods in our warehouse. Some items may take 2 to 5 weeks to arrive.

For goods manufactured according to an individual order, the production and delivery term is discussed individually.

PRICE OF GOODS DELIVERY

The price of product delivery is calculated for each product individually, the price depends on the dimensions and weight of the product. The price starts from 2.65 EUR.

Delivery to Curonian Spit 06.01 - 09.30 d. EUR 38.55 + VAT additional fee, 10.01 - 05.31. EUR 33.55 + VAT additional fee.

WARRANTIES

All products are covered by a legal guarantee of at least 2 years. Manufacturers may set a longer warranty period. If the product breaks down during the warranty period, the product is repaired free of charge.

When submitting the product for warranty repair, you must submit purchase documents - a VAT invoice or cash receipts order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1.1. In order to return goods purchased in the pooluiranga.eu online store, you need to know:

1.1.1. The buyer can return the purchased goods within 14 days without any specified reason, no matter how they were purchased: in a physical store or online store or by phone, the same rules still apply to you, the return will take place in accordance with (only when buying online) 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (10 )

1.1.2. Regarding the return of goods, the Buyer must notify the Seller by e-mail. by mail pardavimai@okeana.lt, the message must indicate the returned goods and the reason for the return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods

1.1.3. Replacement or refund of defective goods purchased both online and in a physical store: when the reason for returning the goods is poor quality (eg: damaged packaging, expired goods, etc.) or you received the wrong product that you ordered, we undertake at our own expense to selectively replace the wrong ones quality product with a good quality product, or refund the money you paid for the product and cover the shipping costs you incurred. Goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the retail trade rules approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11.06.2001 no. 697, point 18, it states that unsuitable goods are exchanged for suitable goods, exchanged or returned based on the cases and conditions established in Article 6.363 of the Civil Code.

1.1.4. Returns of goods of suitable quality

1.1.5. When buying online, goods are returned based on the procedure established in Articles 6.228 (10) and 6.228 (11) of the Civil Code.

1.1.6. When buying goods online, the goods must be returned to the address specified by the Seller in the e-mail sent to the Buyer confirming the return of the goods.

1.1.7. If the returned goods are sent to any other postal machine or to the Lithuanian post office, they will not reach us, because we do not have someone to run around and collect parcels from different places.

1.1.8. When buying in a physical store, the product can be returned or exchanged only by Government Resolution No. 11-06-2001. 697 in accordance with the approved Retail Trade Rules.

1.2.9. In both cases, the costs of returning the goods are paid by you, this applies only to goods of suitable quality, if for one or another reason known only to you, you think that you do not like the goods and want to return them. If you purchased the item in our physical store, you can bring it back to the store and get a refund. If the product is purchased remotely, you will receive the money back to your bank account within 1-7 working days. If the goods were purchased remotely, but you returned them in a physical store, the money for the goods will still be returned by bank transfer.

1.2. These conditions must be followed when returning goods

1.2.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause applies even when returning a defective item, except for cases where a defective cosmetic or perfumery item is returned);

1.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer

1.2.3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this point applies in both cases, even when returning a defective product)

1.2.4. The returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer

RESPONSIBILITY

2.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided by him. If the Buyer provides incorrect or inaccurate personal data, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation from the Buyer for direct losses incurred.

2.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using the electronic store baseinuiranga.eu

2.3. After registering, the Buyer is responsible for storing and/or transferring his login data to third parties. If the services provided by pooluiranga.eu are used by a third person who has connected to the online store using the Buyer's login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.

2.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

2.5. If the Seller's online store pooluiranga.eu contains links to other third party websites, the Seller does not guarantee that the information that can be viewed by clicking on these links is correct, complete or accurate. Third parties are responsible for the content, correctness, completeness and accuracy of information provided by third parties. The seller is not obliged to check the transmitted or stored external information or to detect illegal actions.

2.6. In the event of damage resulting from non-fulfillment of obligations or improper execution of the purchase order, the guilty party shall compensate the other party for direct losses incurred.

FINAL PROVISIONS

3.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. Relations arising on the basis of these Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement within 20 (twenty) calendar days, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
